I can further confirm there are no proposed road schemes, road widening lines, or other improvements (including bus stops) in the vicinity of the site. 
Neither are there any proposed Traffic Orders, safeguarding, or prescribed building lines for this location. 
 
I can confirm that there are no routes of Public Rights of Way which affect the site, as published on the Definitive Map - Worcestershire County Council (March 2005). 
 
As a reminder, we offer an expedited service for both Highways extents and Con29 enquiries for more urgent enquiries, and we will attempt to return all enquiries within 48 working hours if for reasons beyond our control this cannot be achieved within the 48
 hours a full refund of the extra fee will be made.

Our CON29 Standard Fees will also increase from 1 April 2024 to : 
Questions 2.1 to 3.12 - £46.06 + VAT* = (£55.27) 
The optional Question 4b - 'Road Proposals By Private Bodies' will be £14.22+VAT*= £17.07
