On 28th March 2023, our Local Land Charges Register migrated to HM Land Registryâ€™s national register. You can access the national register through
<a href="https://eservices.landregistry.gov.uk/" target="_blank">Portal</a>, Business Gateway and on
<a href="https://search-local-land-charges.service.gov.uk/" target="_blank">HM Land Registryâ€™s GOV.UK pages</a>.
From now on we no longer provide an LLC1 or personal search service. We will continue to provide replies to CON29 enquiries.
