We currently have no reason to determine the site as Contaminated Land although its status may change should additional information come to light. The site has not been inspected as part of our obligations under Part 2A.<o:p></o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:27.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:27.0pt">The site in question is not listed on the Council’s Part 2A public register. This Register serves as a permanent record of certain prescribed actions under s78R (1) undertaken to ensure the remediation of any site which has been determined as Contaminated Land, subject to exclusions relating to commercial confidentiality and national security. Sites which have been determined as Contaminated Land but where no consequent action has yet been taken will not appear on the Register. <o:p></o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:27.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:27.0pt">Please note that our Contaminated Land Strategy is currently being revised.
