If the plan shows there are areas abutting the site which doesn't form part of the adopted highway we recommend that the title deeds of the property/land ownership documents be examined to establish the actual

The Definitive Map and Statement of registered public rights of way, which is held within our department, has been checked and no public right of ways are affected by the site.&nbsp;<o:p></o:p>

We are not in a position to comment on the existence of any private rights of way or any prescriptive rights of way established by usage under Section 31 (i) of the Highways Act 1980, (other than the adopted highways
 shown in red on the attached plan). We would, suggest that the possibility of private or public rights affecting the site be taken into consideration, and that you undertake the appropriate investigations into these matters at this present time on any future
 proposals that could affect the site.&nbsp; &nbsp;<o:p></o:p>

We can confirm there are no road improvement/widening schemes planned around the site.&nbsp;This is the current position, and we are unable to comment at this present time on any future proposals that could affect the

We can confirm there is a ten day response time given to all highway search requests upon receipt of payment which is sent to Highway Services from our financial services team. There is no need to forward your
